We have complemented their medium heat with zesty lime juice, fresh garlic and Mexican oregano, all blended to create a bright, robust, authentic taste for fajita night fun.

Serving suggestions:

Make a burrito, taco, or nacho bowl with some or all of these fillings: sour cream, grated cheese, salsa, guacamole, and shredded lettuce

Try a breakfast burrito with ranchero sauce, scrambled eggs and cheese.  Sauteed potatoes and chorizo optional.  For the ranchero sauce, fry the paste in a little oil, add a tin of chopped tomatoes, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
