OUR STORY:

Ice Kitchen was once an ice lolly business. Ice Kitchen 2.0 started with a simple idea: to make cooking from scratch easier, fresher, and more exciting. Founder Cesar Roden, a trained chef, had been freezing freshly made curry pastes at home to preserve peak flavour and avoid food waste. Cesar and his business partner Nishit Shah realised these pastes could help anyone create restaurant-quality meals at a fraction of the expense, time, and effort.

What began as experimenting with small batches quickly grew into an innovative range of bold, authentic pastes. From Thai and Indian curries to stir-fries and marinades, each recipe reflects our commitment to fresh, all-natural ingredients, vibrant flavours, and clever portioning that keeps your fridge tidy and your freezer full of potential.

Our pastes are now presented in fully recyclable pots (made from 100% recycled material) with thoughtfully designed packaging, making great cooking easy, efficient, and kind to the planet.

You can find our full range right here on our Web Shop, as well as on Ocado.com and 280 Sainsbury’s stores, with a nationwide launch in Waitrose planned for April 2026.
