How to enter

On Instagram
Share a photo or reel of your Ice Kitchen meal, invite @theicekitchen to collaborate on your post, and tell the story of how you impressed someone in the caption.

That’s absolutely fine. If you’d rather your name not appear publicly, just let us know when you email us. You can still enter the competition - no pressure, no spotlight required.

  • To enter, share an Ice Kitchen meal via Instagram (inviting @theicekitchen to collaborate and including your story in the caption) or email your story and photo to info@icekitchen.co.uk.
  • One winner will be selected each month based on the best entry.
  • The prize and winner selection are at Ice Kitchen’s discretion.
  • By entering, you agree that your story and photo may be shared by Ice Kitchen. If you request anonymity, your name will be omitted, but your story and photo may still be shared.
  • No purchase necessary - everyone can enter for free.
