Fresh Frozen Italian Arrabbiata Paste
While Arrabbiata sauce is not difficult to make from scratch, we wanted to attempt making a paste that would make it even easier. Our take on this spicy recipe has fresh basil, and all you have to do is fry some onions, add in and simmer a tin of tomatoes, and stir in the paste from frozen.

Arrabbiata Sauce Recipe:
You'll need:
1 pot Italian Arrabbiata paste(50g)
2-3 tbsp olive oil (25g)
1 onion - diced (100g)
1 x 400g tin whole peeled or chopped tomatoes
Steps
1. Fry the onion on medium to low heat for 10 minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
3. Add the frozen Arrabbiata paste and simmer for 1 minute.
4. Serve with your favourite pasta!
