We blend fresh garlic, ginger, and green chillies for bold heat. Kashmiri chilli powder adds vibrant colour, while roasted garam masala, cumin, and coriander bring rich, authentic depth. A splash of lemon juice ties it all together, creating a lip-smacking marinade that keeps your dishes juicy and packed with authentic flavour - perfect for air frying, grilling or barbecuing.

Tandoori Chicken/Paneer Recipe:
You'll need:
1 pot Tandoori marinade
2 tbsp vegetable oil (20g)
1 tbsp tomato paste (20g)
1 tbsp natural Greek yogurt (30g)
3 chicken breasts (450g) cut in large cubes
or 2 skinless chicken legs (500g)
or paneer (400g) cut into cubes or strips
Steps
1. Release paste into a microwavable bowl & defrost for 30 secs, or leave out for 30 mins.
2. Mix in the oil, tomato paste and Greek yogurt.
3. Add in the chicken/paneer and mix until thoroughly coated.
4. For chicken breast, cook at 200 C for 10 mins in a pre-heated air fryer or 20-25 mins in an oven until done.
5. For chicken legs, cook at 190 C for 23 mins in a pre-heated air fryer.
If using an oven, place meat-side down and cook at 180 C for 45 minutes, turning half way.
6. For paneer, cook at 200 C for 8 mins in a pre-heated air fryer or 20-25 mins in an oven.
7. Serve in a wrap, salad or on it's own.
