Fresh garlic, ginger, and green chillies are blended with 14 different spices to create an intensely layered and vibrant Jalfrezi Curry paste. Fabulously versatile, our paste lends itself to creativity: experiment with different proteins (meat, eggs, paneer) and veggies or ramp up the tangy sauciness by adding extra tomatoes. For a whole new dish, blitz spinach with the tomatoes to create a flavour-packed saag curry.

Serving suggestions:

Our Jalfrezi is medium hot - if you prefer it milder, simply increase the volume of ingredients slightly.
