Follow these quick and simple steps to create a fuss-free, fresh and fragrant Jalfrezi that will rival your favourite takeaway!
Ingredients

1 pot Ice Kitchen Jalfrezi Curry Paste

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 red onion - finely diced

1 red pepper - squared

200g cubed chicken breast or fried paneer

1/2 tin quality chopped tomatoes - we love Mutti!
Directions
Fry onions for 15 mins in a deep non-stick pan until brown.
Add frozen paste & cook for 3-4 mins.
Add chicken/paneer and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add tomatoes & red pepper & 100ml water.
Simmer for 10 mins.
Finish with a knob of butter, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve with rice or naan.
